Elizabeth and I were very excited to open our restaurant in Downtown Stuart. After years of visiting our parents our hearts led us back here each time we considered a different location. Our son Taylor (our Executive Chef) and I, both have a culinary education and all three of us are extremely passionate about quality food,drinks and hospitality. We thoroughly enjoy taking great care of our guests. “the Gafford” is named after my grandparents who taught us how to enjoy life, have fun and laugh (especially at ourselves). My grandfather was in the Air Force and hospitality business all of his life and taught me so much about business, cooking and hospitality. I can remember when I was young visiting my grandparents on their farm. My grandfather used to teach me how to grill. My favorite dish to cook together was a giant Ribeye steak. On our menu, that is our signature item and we call it “the Gafford.” Welcome to the Gafford where casual meets upscale.

    I celebrated my birthday here back in December, and I decided to treat my mother for her birthday! We ordered the lobster special and it was just divine! We enjoyed the beautiful view, as we were placed at my favorite table, and the service was superb! I will definitely return!

    This place was top-notch from beginning valet parking to the end. First off, our waiter, Eric, was fantastic. I mean he was personable and professional, while providing service throughout our dining experience celebrating a special occasion. Next, the food, everything we had was excellent: the garlic rolls, the salad, the mussels, the veal parm, and the veal picatta. On top of that, the tiramisu was AMAZING! Last, but not least, the Tuscan red wine by the glass and cocktail we ordered were really good. If that wasn't enough, Aris came by the table, introduced himself, and ensured that we were satisfied and happy with everything, which of course we were. Highly recommend Tutto Fresco!

    Another great restaurant by Kyle G. ... wasn't sure what to expect. Menu is influenced by Latin, Cuban flair. Spice it up as much or little as you like. Great selection of cocktails, wine and drink options. Server was tremedous, attentive and helpful. In & outisde dining options as well as a large bar to sit at. Defintely recommend.
