Heirloom is a full-service restaurant that is located in the historic Athenaeum Hotel on the grounds of Chautauqua Institution. From June 21 to August 24, we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. On Sundays, we have a wonderful brunch buffet and offer a buffet dinner only. A lounge menu is available 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. daily, with drinks available until 11 p.m.

    If you are in North East,PA The Skunk & Goat Tavern is the place to eat. Our family stopped there twice for dinner on two different Saturdays and was not disappointed. Our food was delicious and the portions were generous. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and friendly

    Every year the Heirloom Restaurant gets better! I’ve been going there at least 30 years and it was excellent last night. We all liked our entrees and the chef is more creative. The drinks are good, too!

    I thoroughly enjoyed my two visits to Afterwords. The walk from the hotel was short and beautiful. The atmosphere was classy yet casual, with high ceilings and comfortable seating. There's a sommelier on staff, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a type of wine I like on the menu that you can't find just anywhere. The charcuterie offering made a nice dinner, including the arugula with tasty balsamic blaze that came with it. My server, Bear, was great. Wish this group would set up shop in Asheville where I live!
