Restaurants near Paula Park

There were 7 of us together to celebrate our 40th anniversary . The food was delicious, though I noticed portioned differently plate to plate . The fish tasted so fresh , the crab soup hot and flavorful and the cocktails and recommended wine were all good choices . The oysters had not been shucked perfectly , so some flakes remained and were not enjoyable . We had to wait for the server to bring wine glasses to the table. It would have been kind if the waiter had wished us happy anniversary , but perhaps he had not been told what we were celebrating . The restaurant was full and noise level was high, but most at the table could still converse . Overall, we would return for the delicious food , the flavors were so good .

I knew the restaurant was new, but didn’t realize it was their opening night. Both the service and food were great. We’ll definitely be back!

I was celebrating my anniversary and my husband and I were offered a free toast. The food was amazing and service impeccable.

My third anniversary at 1509. As long as I am blessed with the love of my life I will return to 1509. 42 years of incredible happiness.

Great food, service and value for money. Lovely waitress. Will come again.
