Loved the cadence of how they brought everything out and that there were just the right intervals of time between dishes. We did the tapas service, which was more than enough for and a great variety. My favourite was the tuna tartare with watermelon - it was literally perfect. My least fave was the chicken slider - not cooked as expected - it was more a nugget? That said the service was bar none, which for a busy Resto on a Thursday night says a lot.
