Brilliant as always, Had had the tasting menu before, but still got positive surprises from the exceptional flavour combinations and wine pairing. Service friendly and perfect. Our friends who joined us for the first time agreed, and for this quality and flavour of food it is outstanding value compared to similar restaurants.

We visited the River Shack to join their Summer Solstice party. We were not disappointed. The table was in a quiet area, the food was delicious. We chose a dish from the main menu and their Pizza special. The service was great - polite, friendly and calm. Ambience and view were beautiful. The live music finished the party off well. A very relaxing experience.

Absolutely wonderful meal AGAIN,service from start to finish was excellent very attentive thank you again for a fabulous evening can’t fault anything at this restaurant.

Food was outstanding. Mussels best ever and I’ve had a few. Service was lovely with wonderful host and the setting stunning. Definitely will come back when we visit Devon again.
