Restaurants near One Ski Hill 8510 by Colorado Rocky Mountain Resorts

We are in Breckenridge for three nights and after trying Blue River and loving every last thing about it we decided we should return for at least one more night. FWIW the guitar player was outstanding. I'm not always a fan of live music at dinner (If it is too loud or just meh.) His musicianship added to the evening. We had the Alaskan Salmon with caprese risotto, and a different salmon special with a crab topping, spinach risotto, and asparagus. We nearly licked the plates. Every component was perfectly prepared. The Walk in the Woods cocktail delivered the not-too-sweet and interesting flavor profile I sought.

We didn’t know what to expect with the Thanksgiving buffet, but the food assortment and quality was top notch. We love Cabin Juice regularly and this special menu was absolutely worth it. Except for the desserts- a bit disappointing to have cold apple pie. So we had more candied sweet potatoes!

Dinner here was delicious. We ordered the sirloin and scallops creating our own surf and turf together. Scallops were grilled well. The pea risotto with the steak was unique and yummy. We also enjoyed wood fired oysters to start - make sure you get at least a dozen. Our overall experience was delightful. The discounted special offered this week was very nice. Thank you!

Aurum provides a consistently high level of service and food preparation. We have never left disappointed. Their Happy Hour offers a limited menu at prices so reasonable it is hard to believe you are in Breck.
