Our server, Cali was wonderful! The service, ambiance and food were excellent. Highly recommend!!

We had a beautiful table right in front of the huge windows overlooking the bay. We had our favorite waitress Jacqueline as our server for the evening and she never disappoints! My husband had the prime rib, which was a huge thick piece and just delicious. I have a plank white fish with the Duchess potatoes and the fish was seasoned to perfection and just melted it in your mouth. However, you can’t leave the 1852 without having one of their hot fudge sundaes!

Our dinner was spectacular! Started with the octopus appetizer - very tender and delicious. My husband really enjoyed the wagyu ribeye. I ordered the wagyu short rib and I think this dinner was one of my all time favorites. Everything on the plate was amazing. I’ve never had short ribs this tender and meaty. So good! The wait staff was phenomenal and piano playing was a really nice addition. We will be back next year on our annual trip.

Over all good experience. The appetizer we ordered wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. But everything else was great.
