Seasoned is SUNY Adirondack’s student-run restaurant, located in the SUNY Adirondack Culinary Arts Center in downtown Glens Falls. SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. We had a great meal. The carpaccio was excellent as always and the 4 of us enjoyed our pasta dishes. The paccherri calabrese, capellini d’aragosta, mezzanine a ka vodka and the eggplant a La Norma were all delicious. The server was attentive and the restaurant was busy as usual for a Thursday night.

the ambience of the restaurant was nice and the music they played was quiet enough to have a conversation and loud enough to listen to, this night was some nice jazz music playing. The servers were friendly and attentive. they have a nice selection of options and when the food arrived it was outstanding. I never get desserts when I go out to eat but I did this time I got the Cider Donut bread pudding, and it was phenomenal. The prices are not cheap, but neither is the quality of food. they like to use local ingredients. Overall, the whole experience was excellent I would recommend it.
