Have visited several different Tavern on the Square locations and the food & service are always superb. This was our first visit to the Weymouth location and we were a bit disappointed with the food. The biggest problem was two of us ordered our steak medium and the steak slices were so rare we couldn’t cut them. The waitress took a sampling of the rare slices on a side plate to show the manager. The manager returned with those same pieces seared. I have never seen this - taking food that was already served to customers put back on grill and then returned. We didn’t eat it - since unclear how many hands the meat had passed through.

Our server was wonderful!!! Everyone enjoyed their meals - all clean plates.

We went to Not Your Average Joes for Mother’s Day. It was the best of all worlds. Some of us could have brunch while others had lunch. Food was very good and despite the place being very busy, the service was excellent. We will return.

We had a great meal celebrating my daughter’s graduation. The food and service was excellent.
