Restaurants near Oceanfront Suites at Cowichan Bay

We had the absolute best experience doing tea at the Butchart Gardens. In particular their Gluten Free tea was so impressive and delicious - it’s always a gamble as especially GF bread can often be horrible, but the GF experience was just as good as the regular experience! And the space was so tranquil with views of the rose and Italian gardens and even a peek-a-boo down to the water. We’re staying at the Empress and are SO GLAD we did the Butchart tea instead of the tea here which is so crowded and noisy - and almost twice the price!

Excellent food with an incredible view and professional service.

Waffles were dry, and hard, not too great texture. Chicken was amazing, and the honey mustard. Bacon was good a little too salty Sausage was good Hashbrown good, could use some flavor Can't complain too much was a fathers day buffet Service was great, was able to reserve a table, and they made accomidations for an addition to our table. Bathrooms were really clean, very new. The decor was very interesting. My son really appreciated it. Kids are allowed until 3pm There's live performances, and a dancing floor

Can’t beat the view. I made reservations for Thursday as it is Prime rib night. At 645 we got the last two pieces. Whew. Otherwise don’t likely need to reserve Some new staff so service was spotty but kind.

7 people 7 different meals. All very good. Had a great time. Thanks OJ
