My favorite spot to take first time visitors to Madison! The capitol views, food, and cocktails never fail to exceed expectations!

We had an enjoyable dining experience. Food was delicious. The only reservations available were outdoor dining which was good, other than we literally had traffic on the other side of the dining fence.

My meal was very good, as always. I've commented on this in previous reviews, but I really like the Caesar salad. It's a good sized portion, well dressed, and the large parmesan crisp in addition to the shaved parmesan gives it a lovely salty kick. I also appreciate the white anchovies, which is something a lot of restaurants do not bother with. Paired with the delicious crab cakes, it made for a perfect light dinner. James took great care of me as always, and it was nice catching up with Scott when he had time to chat when not taking care of other guests. My string of great monthly visits continues and I look forward to being there again next month.

Food was properly prepared and service was great. Would recommend to any visitor to town looking for a decent meal.
