We love Jackson's. One of our favorites in Pensacola. We dined tonight during "Restaurant Week" ... their biannual 'special' menu each January and August. Never fails to impress. Food was good ... swordfish was maybe a touch overcooked and needed a little bit more sauce. But good nonetheless. Cocktails were great. Appetizers were excellent. Dessert was great. Can't say enough. Service was outstanding as always. Scott was our server and simply outstanding. Also ... our reservations were originally for Tuesday evening of our epic Pensacola winter storm. We had reservations but, of course, everything was closed. I was shocked (pleasantly) to get a call from Matthew on Tuesday to inform me but to also re-book for me. I got another follow-up call from Matthew today to confirm. Who does that anymore?!? Seriously impressed. Kudos to Matthew and the Great Sourthern Restaurant group!

My husband and I went to Angelinas for restaurant week. The food was very good. I expected the portions to be small, however, they were full portions. We have been to Angelinas many times and have always been pleased.

We made a reservation for dinner and were seated promptly. The parking is definitely an issue, as we had to circle a few times to find a spot. As others have said, the restaurant is very loud. Our table was right by the bar and quite small, but our waitress was attentive at keeping empty dishes clear, so it was never really an issue. Jordan was an excellent server and made great recommendations. My husband had the lamb, which was a huge amount and very tender. I had the scallops with butternut squash risotto, which are seasonal, and the espresso crème brûlée. Dinner was some of the best food I’ve had in a while, and we will definitely go back

Food was a little salty. But the experience was the same! Awesome! Our server was Awesome!
