Absolute must go to when in Summit! Amazing service, ambiance & food. What more could you ask for!?

My husband and I had a wonderful time dining here. The menu is eclectic and the food is flavorful and delicious. The service is equally top-notch and you get good value for your money, plus. As an added bonus, it is a bring your own establishment. It is rather noisy and when the dining room is full it can be a bit crowded but these are minor flaws in what turned out to be an excellent dining experience.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here last week. It was great to take advantage of the valet parking (better than driving around looking for a spot) and the hostess was excellent at getting us checked in and seated on a busy afternoon. Had a drink at the wonderful bar before heading to our table. The meal was very good with excellent ambiance. The only part of the meal we would caution is the portion sizes are somewhat modest, so if your very hungry be sure to order a few apps. The other issue is the restaurant part of the hotel which is not directly in the downtown so unable to walk around after dinner unless you drive back into town. Not a huge issue but just be aware if you're looking to hop around town after, you will either have to take a long walk or simply drive a minute back into the downtown. Otherwise, a solid spot and definitely recommended if you are looking to a try a new spot in Summit.

IT WAS A GREAT NIGHT AT RUTH’S CHRIS — THE DECOR WAS MODERN WITH SUBDUED LIGHTING & A QUIET NOISE LEVEL, THE SERVICE WAS WARM & CORDIAL AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS — I RECOMMEND THE PRIX FIXE MENU WHICH ALLOWS YOU TO TASTE A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING — IT’S FILLING WITHOUT LEAVING YOU UNCOMFORTABLY FULL — THANKS FOR A FUN & TASTY DINNER RUTH’S CHRIS!!!
