As always, our experience at Silas was spot-on perfect. The cocktails were amazing, the food was fresh and creative, and the service? Impeccable. While we’ve consistently had great service no matter who’s taken care of us, we always ask for Sarah Birt. She’s truly a standout. Her recommendations are always on point, she knows the menu inside and out, and her personality makes the whole evening feel that much more enjoyable. She’s a big part of why we keep coming back. Also—can we talk about that pineapple upside-down cake? Absolute perfection. The kind of dessert that makes you stop mid-conversation just to savor every bite. We feel so lucky to have a place like Silas this close to home. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a special experience, time and time again.

Phenomenal ambiance, beautiful view, food was incredible and with so many options as a gluten free diner. I highly recommend. I wish I had enough room for dessert! Mandy was a fantastic and knowledgeable server!

Beautiful Hotel and restaurant. Ambiance and service was great. Soup, salad, and bread/crackers with herb butter was delicious. We both got steak and wasn’t overly impressed with the flavor. Could have been juicier, we got ours medium done and they were over cooked. Got the Tournedos Oscar Beef Medallions and they were more on the dry side. But overall, was nice. Needs improvement on steak but everything else was great.

Bailey was great server. Dessert menu is upgraded and the chocolate wave was even better than previous purchases.
