We love Hanover Chophouse. It's a go to place for a great meal of steak, lamb and their specialties. Dessert is always good. Would like to mention, David, our waiter. He is great. Attentive to every detail and very pesonable. We never found ourselves waiting for our needs to be met while not hovering. His timing was impeccable. He even refolded napkins should one of us leave the table for a few minutes. Noticed he did same at other tables. He is the best.

If you are within 50 miles of this restaurant and can get a table, you'll do yourself a huge disservice if you don't take advantage of what Jeff & Peaches (husband/wife and chef/hostess) provide their customers. We've been coming back again and again for probably 15 years and they always exceed our expectations. Menu is varied with something for everyone...food is always exceptional...service team is wonderful...ambiance is great with subdued lighting and plenty of "quiet". My wife and I have dined at the Foundry a few times. All those times were great. The atmosphere, service and meals we ordered were impeccable. So it was only natural for us to try the Sunday Brunch. Unfortunately, the brunch fell a little short for me. I tried the prime rib and found it was tough to cut and tough chew. The prime rib also had an herbed outer rub crust which I could not eat. So the prime rib was swing and a miss. With that said, , we will continue to dine at the Foundry and stay with the meals that we know.

Our food was prepared perfectly, service was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere was pleasant and allowed old friends to share stories and enjoy an excellent meal.

We were warmly greeted immediately. Server came to our table right away to take our drink order, and soon after, took our food order. Our salad & deep dish were delicious, as always. We came on Mother’s Day, so as we were leaving, we were given a small vase with a fresh flower. There were a few staff members that wished us a Happy Mother’s Day with huge genuine smiles. Considering how rare good customer service is these days, this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time! Bravo Uno-Concord, NH team!
