We are happy, curious, sometimes sad and we try to convey all this in the dishes we cook, in the cocktails we prepare, in the wines we offer. Our dishes are colourful, irreverent, contrasted in the ingredients, but balanced in taste. We propose the wines that we like, the real ones, those of the winemakers, which change flavour from year to year and are not altered to follow conventional fashions and tastes. We really like education and we dislike formalisms. We are open for lunch, aperitif and dinner. At lunch, the menu changes every week. At dinner, it changes according to the rhythm of the seasons.
