For the last 18 years, Joe Hennes and his wife Ellen have been building a family-oriented meeting place for friends to gather at Sloppy Joe's Saloon and Spoon in Hubertus.     We had cocktails in the bar before dinner. It was a beautiful night and was hoping to sit on the patio overlooking the lake but it was not open. So that was a bummer. Had an issue with our glasses of wine at the start. But it was quickly resolved. The food was fantastic and it was a lovely meal. The ambiance and decor are stunning.

    We went for my Boyfriend’s birthday , he enjoyed himself. Really nice time, Food: Burger 5/5 Luxe Margarita 5/5 Buffalo wings 3/5 (i should have asked for fried hard but they were wet but one wing was cold) Chicken Sandwich 2/5 said it didn’t taste right and too thick. Overall 4/5 experience and I would go back!

    Another wonderful experience at CHW! Faith our waitstaff was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Front desk accommodated our request for a quite table. The wine and food were exceptional. We were dining for lunch and really appreciated the "Seasonal Value" specials that were a bit smaller portions but we still had take home bags! I hope this is something CHW will continue in the future. Thank you!

    As always, I.D. food was spectacular. So many unusual and absolutely delicious choices. We really enjoy the creativity and use of fresh ingredients. Our server, Parker was fabulous ! Great service as well as wine and food recommendations. Parker took great care of us, and paced our dinner so we did not feel rushed. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend especially for special occasions.
