Restaurants near Motel 6 Chicago South - Lansing

Dinner on Friday July 4th, it was quiet (contrary to what this place usually is). Friendly host (this time we got the high-top table we wanted :-)). Our waitress provided excellent service. Food was good. Prices are still too high (this is not Chicago, IL). We enjoyed our dinner. Windy City Social is on our list of restaurants to visit on a regular basis.

I have always been fascinated by the Quarry. This restaurant has a great view of the Quarry.

Generally good - my sister's steak was amazing. Service-wise, the team needs to coordinate timing of dishes a little better. Food came out too close together and we weren't able to enjoy one course before the next was overlapping. Get the dumplings as an appetizer - they are amazing!

Celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary at St. Patrick’s Steak House, Dolton IL., and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the stunning ambience and elegant design—it set the perfect tone for a special evening. The food was absolutely delicious, prepared with care and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive. A special shout-out to Che, who took exceptional care of us throughout the evening. Attentive, warm, and professional—Che truly made our celebration even more memorable. Highly recommend this place for a romantic dinner or any special occasion. We’ll definitely be back!
