The fish boil kettle is brought to a boil over an open fire… when the fish is cooked to perfection, a small amount of kerosene is poured into the base of the fire. The result?     My wife and I each had the fillet. It was delicious. And the service was excellent. The kitchen was a little slow, but the place was very busy. Beautiful bar, and a very nice restaurant, but it was a little tight. I’m sure it will be better when the upstairs is open.

    Barringer's food never disappoints. Our food was exceptional. Service was slow and not as professional as we are accustomed to. The server had blue jeans and converse tennis shoes on and was not as 'buttoned up' as we are accustomed to. As a result, the value for the money was a bit lower.

    This is such a cute place with great food! My husband had duck and I had vegetarian stir fry, both of which were delicious. We finished with house made carrot cake which was also delicious! Service was outstanding and this such a friendly, family business. Finally, fun speakeasy cocktails was the finishing touch to a great evening!
