We really enjoyed our meal and we were pleasantly surprised by the whole experience! From cocktails, to appetizers, and our steaks, everything was great!

My family has been coming to Door County since I was a child and we have seen the progression of restaurants in Door County over the years. The Blue Bear/Della Porta in Ellison Bay is leading a new direction for Door County. Local farm to table food executed in a delicious and simple way is priceless. You can taste the love that goes into the food and service. Definitely going to return many more times.

Atmosphere was great, beautiful place. Service was very average. It was a busy weekend yes but we waited over 20minutes for drinks and the food came out right after the appetizer. Needless to say we waited longer for our drinks then the food. The server came to our table once. Just had higher expectations for the dining/price.

I was disappointed in my grilled shrimp. My husband liked his ribeye but it was not pink and he ordered it medium rare. Did not like that we didn’t have a choice in potatoes. Ordered crab Rangoon for appetizer & it was delicious.
