One of our go to places when we are in Manchester. Always great food and drinks. We have never had a bad meal. Left happy and full !

When we dine at Cotton, it's always a great meal. While the menu does not change often, they do have seasonal daily specials. Cotton is consistently good! And if you like salmon, order it medium rare at Cotton and it melts in your mouth. We dine all over New Hampshire and I have yet to find a salmon preparation that compares.

We haven’t eaten here for some time but have to say it was delicious as always. The service was a little slow but we think he had a lot of tables to serve for one person. He kept up as best he could. It can get a little loud if you’re at a table by the bar. It is an expensive price/performance but it’s worth it. I would have liked them to offer mocktails that were created from the bartender rather than offering high sugared mocktails from a can. It’s not that hard to be a little clever with mixers already available at the bar. They’ve always had a popular bar atmosphere, I would have thought their bartenders would be more creative in the offerings.

Girls night with a couple friends. We started with the Hot Honey Fries as an app. I am already thinking about when I can go back and get these. We shared a Caesar Salad and the Honey Pepperoni pizza. It was all delicious. A perfect amount of food to be full. Drinks, as usual, were crafted perfectly. Our server, Molly, was super friendly, helpful, and joked around with us as if we had known her for years. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Service was friendly and actually perfect. We always love everything about The Foundry! Michaela and all of the Foundry staff were wonderful as always!
