Taking inspiration from the term Rumba, which was introduced in Spain in the early 20th century as rumba flamenco, the restaurant’s dishes flirt, tease and sway on the palate. The flavors are inspired by countries that surround the Mediterranean Sea. Guests can then expect a wide menu comprised of Spanish, Italian, Greek, and a bit of French influences. Rumba focuses on a cooking method using a charcoal oven which infuses smoky flavors into the chef’s specialty dishes.The restaurant was designed to match the rhythm of the dishes, with a rich patchwork of textures ranging from white floral blooms adorning the walls, to a riveted wood ceiling, and wicker furniture accents in colors that carry the characteristics of the Mediterranean landscape.     We had a wonderful Father’s Day dinner and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Our server, Mark, was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and made sure our big group was well taken care of. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left everyone satisfied. Service was impressively quick, especially considering the size of our party. Highly recommend!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Smooth Reservation, Delicious Food, Great Service! I recently dined at Texas Roadhouse Trinoma, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I made a table reservation through the OpenTable app, which was incredibly convenient. The booking was confirmed immediately, and when we arrived, we were seated right on time—no waiting around despite the weekend crowd. For our meal, we ordered the House Crispy Wings, Grilled Salmon, and one of the Texas-Sized Sets—and everything exceeded expectations. The wings were perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice, the salmon was juicy and well-seasoned, and the Texas-Sized Set offered great value with big portions and bold flavors. Service was friendly and efficient, and the staff made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, true to the Texas Roadhouse vibe, but still comfortable enough for conversation. Highly recommend booking through OpenTable if you're planning to visit—especially during busy hours. It made the experience smooth and stress-free. Definitely coming back!

    Overall experience was very good. From the receptionist, food server and managers -- all were doing their best to make our celebration a memorable one. The restaurant was full when we arrived but getting an advance booking really helped since we didn't wait for a table anymore and we have 3 toddlers who were hungry when we arrived. Open table reservation is a big help to parents like us.
