Amazing atmosphere, service and food presentation and taste! Definitely a go to for a special occasion.

As always sooo good! We could live on appetizers which are all amazing! The Varka lobster might be the best I've ever had!

The INN was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was great, very good presentation, and the atmosphere was delightful. We especially liked all of the different options for seating, such as in the sunroom, outside porch, by the fireplace, etc.. Hope to go again soon.

Restaurant 1915 is the absolute “best” restaurant in our community. The service was excellent and our server knows her menu. Our table of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the wine, food, and dessert. We had: Roasted Beets (delish) and the first 5 side items, clean plates all around, Roasted Organic Half Chicken (1 diner raved about, a must try), Halibut very well prepared (3 diners chose this), 2 Berkshire Pork Rib Chops, and 1 Veal Porter House 16oz. We also had 2 desserts, Lemon Raspberry Tart and the Crème Brûlée. Everyone was very happy. The wines also were very nice! The room and the views are beautiful. Definitely put Restaurant 1915 on your to-do list when you visit our beautiful Hudson Valley. Thank you all for another great dining experience!!

Ordered the margarita flight which sample 4 different flavored margaritas. They were all good. Ordered the surf and turf, carne asade tacos, ceviche app and steak and shrimp encebollado entre. All were great. We had a snafu with the encebollado meal and after some very polite discussion with waitress and restaurant manager, the issue was quickly addressed without any concerns. They were quick to assure a please dining experience. This is where some restaurants have missed the mark recently. But Boneyard did not fail in customer service. They even made a slight adjustment to the final bill to make up for the issue. They were excellent from our experience. This is our fourth time at Boneyard and they’ve never failed in providing a very pleasant dining experience. This is how you run a restaurant. Good food, great atmosphere and a well trained staff to help make for a pleasant dining experience. Nice job Boneyard!!!
