I always have an amazing time when I come here. The waiter was amazing and took care of all of our needs. The food came out timely and hot and they sang Italian for my sisters birthday. It was a night to remember!

Wonderful food and nice happy hour options and pricing. Patio is charming for al fresco dining. There is some noise as it's next to a fairly busy road ... but overall a great experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at Firebirds. The food was absolutely amazing. Service was stellar. The Three Course Menu is a real deal or should I say "steal". I bought food home to enjoy the next day! I know I will definitely be back and will bring friends so they can relish all that Firebirds has to offer..

We had a fabulous lunch at the Tasting Room for our daughter's birthday! The wine was excellent and the food was fantastic as always. The boys had steak salads, our daughter had the lamb burger, and I had the scallops. All amazing. We topped it off with yummy deserts, the best of which was the semifreddo with coconut, a peach and caramel - best dessert ever. Our waiter made sure our daughter's candles were in the dessert and wished her a happy birthday! We topped it off with cappuccinos and dark martinis! The Tasting Room is so solid in service, ambience, wine, food, cocktails, and desserts. A must if you are in downtown Frederick!

The Showroom was a hour drive for us and well worth it. We will be returning for sure. From start to finish, the Showroom did not disappoint our expectations. Even though our waitress was in training, she was amazing and attentive. She made the experience truly lovely. Must haves include the pot pie fritters and carrot cake. We can't wait to return to try out more menu items. Long story short: The Showroom is awesome.
