During Scarf Dinners, young people taking part in our training program run the front-of-house while the partner restaurant chefs do the cooking.Scarf trainees are young people seeking protection and those from refugee and migrant backgrounds with little or no work experience in Australia. During our pop-up restaurant services they're partnered with a mentor who supports them as they grow their skills, experience and confidence.     Had a beautiful birthday meal here, the food was very authentic (coming from Sri Lankans) the beef was hot but kept going back for more. The kingfish special was exceptional as well as the eggplant. The restaurant is very ambient, and high touch service. We bought a cake which they kindly catered for and didn’t charge (unheard of these days!) thank you for a lovely evening.

    Very helpful and engaged staff who really made our experience. Loved the food, the Octopus was to die for, we ordered seconds. If you love a new wine experience without paying through the nose this was fabulous and the staff help you choose. Nice music added to a nice ambiance and we weren’t too crushed in.
