Please enjoy the real luxurious food cooked with the seasonal ingredients and outstanding skills. French cuisine with charcoal-grilled Japanese black beef as a main menu. A large chunk of beef that has been slowly grilled over some distance above the fire is sit for about 30 minutes to condense the taste, and it is grilled for the second time while determining the best timing to make it savory, and carved in front of customer. A prologue to a main dish ... The hors d'oeuvre “Chef's specialty” invites guests to a moment of bliss. The south side of Ren is a city view overlooking Tokyo bay and the downtown area. Please enjoy the real luxurious food cooked with the seasonal ingredients and outstanding skills. It is often said that a bowl of stock soup made from fish is flower of Japanese cuisine. We take soup stock from dried young tuna, called "meji-bushi" which is hard to get in general market. The dishes that make use of the original flavor of the ingredients include not only the concepts of "First" that people in Edo era liked as a pleasure, but also "Best Season" and "Remains" in the menu. Please enjoy the sense of four seasons with the color that is combined with the dishwares. ● Japanese cuisine to enjoy with a unique and beautiful view.
