Beautiful outdoor patio with fun cocktails and amazing food. Overall, we had a great experience and would come back!

Everything was fantastic. We had a table by the window over looking the lake. (Beautiful views) We had two people waiting on our table. We started with the oysters and a few other appetizers which were delicious. For dinner we had halibut, scallops, steak/shrimp - everyone loved their dish. This is a phenomenal restaurant with incredible food and a beautiful atmosphere.

The sautéed calamari was cooked perfectly as were the scallops. The sauce in the calamari dish is so delicious I was tempted luck the plate. My partner’s bolognese was meaty and not overly rich like the dish can sometimes be. Though the restaurant was almost full the noise level was manageable but we were there early in the evening so it might be louder later. I understand why they’re so popular.

We LOVED our server, Corrine. The GM Ryan was great. All good but the REAL solution to the 18% service charge (WHICH STUPID PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND and think tip is included) is to raise the menu prices, understand margin & profit so you don’t screw the servers. It is a turn off to spend $100, then have a visible 28% surcharge AND add a $20 tip to the non-tax none service charge portion. Make the change and get return clients!

My first dining experience at Avli and i will certainly be back. Our server, Max, was delightful and gave us some great insights to menu offerings. Thanks Max, we’ll ask for you next time we’re here. We chose the smoked eggplant spread (my favorite) and dishes from the mezze menu. The meatballs were juicy & full of flavor, and the saganaki had just the right amount of sweetness to complement the savory. We also ordered the fried calamari and while it was my least favorite, the lemon garlic aoli was a hit! Order some to pair with the meatballs or any other dipping dishes. You won’t regret it.
