Restaurants near Mision Grand Casa Colorada

In spite of a massive rain storm, and a somewhat limited menu due to electrical problems at the restaurant, we still had an exceptional meal with exceptional service. It is a truly beautiful restaurant, even in the middle of a downpour, with amazing views overlooking both the city and the cathedral. The service was outstanding, particularly our server And the manager on duty, Jimena.  Our meal was in celebration of our first wedding anniversary, and Quince went out of their way to make it a special meal.

Wow, what an experience. Excellent service and they know their liquors. Don’t expect a bourbon or rye experience. Limited on the whiskeys, but they make up with their artesanal and house made drinks. Let them know the taste you’re after and trust. Their house specials were good.

The food and drink were what I expected, good! Slightly disappointed in the service. We received an apology from the manager who explained they were short on waiters this evening. He also proceeded to give us a complimentary glass of wine. I was mostly happy with the establishment on how they celebrated my spouse’s birthday; the moment did not disappoint. Also pleasantly surprised that when asked for salt, they came back with 4 different options based on use. Haha! Love it!!!

Our group of 5 had an outstanding experience here. The food was excellent and the service was very attentive, without being *too* attentive. Highly recommended!
