Our server Rex was amazing and he went out of his way to make our time together extra special! Can't wait until next year!!More infoThe Walnut Room - ChicagoPrice: Expensive• American• Downtown / Loop•4.6

- SSusanvipChicago / Illinois •13 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoA favorite place in Chicago. A terrific, convenient location across from Millennium Park, and a wonderful ambience. The food and service were both outstanding. We began our meal with lobster bisque, which was exquisite. I had the delicious Beef Bourguignon, which was presented beautifully and made with shortribs. Wonderful. My friend had the apple salad with steak, and raved in particular about the delicious caraway dressing. We shared the flourless chocolate cake for a yummy dessert, and cafe cortado. And we both had beautiful beaujolais. In all, a fabulous experience!More infoThe GagePrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / Loop•4.7
- CChristinaChicago / Illinois •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoEverything was delicious. My husband got the Fusilli which was soo good. I got the Bucatini which was also very good! We had calamari for appetizers- it was fresh and not overly greasy/fried. We had the Torta Barozzi and Torta Nonna for dessert (flourless chocolate cake and the almond cake) and they were some of the best desserts I’ve had! The portions are small compared to most restaurants but they are appropriate and we left full! The only thing I thought was a bit pricey for the quality were the drinks! My husband enjoyed the Monterrat and Old Fashioned and the wine was good.More infoAcantoPrice: Expensive• Italian• Downtown / Loop•4.8
