A 14 seat, neighborhood Omakase from the team that brought you Noko Nashville. This is a 14 course, 90min nigiri & hand roll dining experience for $75. We highly recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early to enjoy a drink at our Japanese cocktail bar as we start promptly at your reservation time.     We had an amazing experience at Noko! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was warm and attentive—and to our surprise, they even treated us to complimentary rock shrimp, which was packed with flavor and such a thoughtful touch. Some standout dishes we loved were the prosciutto grilled cheese with truffle (rich and indulgent), dumplings, waygu tartar, the crispy tuna rice (perfect texture and flavor balance), and the burnt beef ends—which don’t get nearly enough recognition. They were smoky, tender, and completely unforgettable. Every dish was flavorful and beautifully executed. We’ll absolutely be back!
