The Carte Blanche Team is passionate about combining fresh ingredients to create a local cuisine for the Hamburg NY area. Guests must arrive promptly for their reservation wearing a mask. When moving throughout our space we require you to be wearing face covering correctly.     This was our 3rd visit and it was just as memorable and enjoyable as the first two times! The food is consistently delicious, as are the cocktails and the service is spot on. My husband and I both had the Black Angus Ribeye and it was fabulous! The bartender, Lacy, is awesome...big kudos to her. Of course, we will be back!

    Food and service here was great. We sat on front porch so that made for a fair amount of road noise. We didn’t know that every motorcycle in NY don’t come equipped with mufflers along with diesel pickups. Quality of food and service overcame the noise and made it a great experience.

    Prefect night on the patio. They had a good deal for burgers. 18 bucks for a always over cooked burger and beer on Tuesdays. Still had good flavor, and I love their fries! David always does a nice job, and we look forward to seeing him soon!

    Monday is 50 cent wing day. Lots of flavors (Thai Chili is my fave) and large delicious wings. Nice covered outside seating area. Entertainment that night under the tent was excellent. The guitar player/singer was fabulous and the woman singing was very talented. Enjoyable evening both food and entertainment wise.
