Pool access was not cut off at 7 pm. Smart Casual dress code was not observed by those that had been swimming making for a less than perfect ambience. Small Evian water (330 mL) was billed at 330 MYR (about 82 USD). This was corrected when I examined the bill but left me wondering how many people had been charged this amount.

Good service and food spread is excellent but should improve at pastry section.

It was our first visit and the whole experience was great. The moment we stepped in was posh and the great service from the staffs was amazing. The food preparation is nice and we love taste of all the dishes. Personal favourite dish is the Peking duck. Thank you for having us

Always a fantastic experience at Prime. The first time in Prime after a very long time and the food and service was excellent as always. Will return again soon.
