    The Starlight provided the perfect dining experience for our short trip to Stratford. The food was outstanding and the service first rate. My dining companion had the pickerel and I had the ravioli. Both were utterly delicious. We also started with the carrots and finished with the house-made soft serve and churros. Yummm! We returned the next day for brunch and I had the waffle sandwich, which was gorgeous and memorable. Highly recommend this place. Don't miss it!

    The Parlour is Stratford’s most reliable fine dining restaurant. I’ve never had a bad experience here: the food is wonderful and fairly priced, the staff is knowledgeable and the service is efficient and quick. And where else can one get such a delicious, high-altitude Pavlova?

    Beautiful decor from lighting right down to cutlery. The view and expanse when the full wall of glass is open is simply airy and beautiful. The food is amazing. We had the garlic pesto bread, the scallops were to die for with micro greens and of course…Kang’s Barbecue Pork..AMAZING!!! Oh, fried chicken…perfection. Can’t wait to go back. I live in Summerside and took the highway and got there in 20 minutes on the outer west end of town. Thanks Guido!!!
