Restaurants near Marshall Park

We went in for my Husband’s birthday and were met with smiles and complimentary bits from the kitchen to help celebrate. We enjoyed our food, the staff and ambiance. The noise level was as louder than we’d like though.

This will be a mixed review. We arrived at the restaurant on the early side (6 PM) were seated and waited a full 10 minutes until our waitress (nice) made her 1st appearance. With so much time elapsing we went ahead and ordered dinner at the same time as ordering our cocktails. From the time we were seated to the time our food arrived was 55 minutes. To the good side the cocktails and food were excellent. I got the 36 hr. Ribs and the were fall off the bone with a jalapeño, molasses glaze that was delicious accompanied by good crisp fries. Though my wife just got an Asian Salad she thoroughly enjoyed it (she had hoped to get the prime rib sandwich but they searched for but couldn’t find horseradish- how do you not know if you carry horseradish or not?) Desserts were again outstanding. I got the Mud Pie which was everything a chocoholic could hope for while my wife’s Banana Bar was thoroughly enjoyed. So mixed review. Excellent food, not so excellent service (from a time standpoint).

Great lunch spot with indoor/outdoor options. Great wine selection! And I was able to find a few plates that could be tweaked to make vegan!

Always excellence and atmosphere for great dining.

Always have a good experience here. Great, staff and service, and the food is really good. Little pricey, but worth it.
