It was a very busy night. We were booked in for 18:30. We were shown our seats, given menus. We orded and had to wait we'll over 30 min for food. We were OK with that but the food was very dry as it must of been under the heat lamps. We did expect freshly prepared food as the kitchen was very busy, so thought it would be better than it was. Perhaps they forgot about the 4 meals we orded. All the table service stopped at about 22:00, getting to the bar for a drink was hectic.🤔 See what tonight's food and service is like. 🤞🤞

As ever a friendly welcome. It's worth booking particularly at lunchtime and weekends. A good selection of sandwiches, cakes and daily specials. Quick service.

We visited with guests from the US, one of whom was celebrating during a birthday tour. They both loved the food, the presentation, the service and the authenticity of the Burns experience. We presented her with a small edition of Burns poetry and we made memories not to be forgotten.

The restaurant is ok. There’s little option for good food in dumfries and this restaurant is one of the better ones. Nice that they haven’t crammed too many tables in.

There was nothing that could have been improved. Everything was excellent. This was our first visit but it will be the first of many. Staff very well trained and unobtrusive. Well Done to everyone.
