We had an incredible dining experience at this wonderful spot in Traverse City. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared that we were enjoying ourselves. The food was outstanding—You can really tell they use high-quality, local ingredients. Every dish we tried was thoughtfully prepared, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Our drinks were incredible. My favorites that I had was “it’s always sunny in west bay” and their Espresso Martini. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this place is absolutely worth a stop. Beautiful views. Highly recommended!

Just because the restaurant is not on the main street in downtown Traverse City does not mean one should give it a miss. Au contraire, the place is a hidden gem. Airy, clean and modern decor, high ceilings and choices for indoor/outdoor seating. Food was delicious. We had the soup, marinated beets -highly recommend one tries it - , the lamb shank special - melt in your mouth and accompanied by roasted carrots and mashed celeriac , so absolutely delicious flavors that go together very well- and the perch. For desert we had the banana pudding. Service was outstanding and the young lady taking care of us was very attentive, and pleasant and checked to make sure the food was to our liking . I can gladly and highly recommend this restaurant and will book it again next time we are in town.

The experience of dining at 876 was surprising. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and the food was good. The waitress was friendly but the selection was limited in terms of my individual palate. The pricing was in accordance with a place that would have expected to be higher end. The selection of restaurants in the area is limited this place offers a unique experience.

Unfortunately my wife and I were only able to make two reservations this quarter and we had to cancel one because of a funeral. We always enjoy our lunches at Lobdell’s. The food is always outstanding and a good value. Merrill is always a great server and she is pleasant to talk to. My wife had a Thai chopped salad I believe, and the “grown up” grilled cheese. I had the gumbo and pastrami sandwich. Everything was delicious.

The food and service was nice. We would return again. It was loud due to a unhappy little toddler, but that wasn't the fault of the restaurant. You couldn't hear the conversation between us at our table, which was disappointing, because of the little child...
