I took my friend out for her birthday. We were so impressed with everything, from start to finish. Our waiter held the door open for us when we entered, and when we left. We chose an indoor table. The ambience was so pleasant. The table settings and black and white photos of Italian life were perfect. My friend had veal and I had bronzini fish. Both were delicious. My friend was more than pleased with the peach sorbet. My chocolate tartufo was very good. I asked for half of it to be wrapped up to take home. The waiter put it in the freezer and had it ready for us when we left. It was a perfect birthday dinner! Caio Bella will be our new special occasion restaurant.

Always wonderful to have a meal at the CIA. The students work very hard to create an enjoyable experience. Food and presentation were excellent. I gave only 4 stars because my plate arrived cold. It happens. 😊 Highly recommend eating at any of the campus restaurants! Hope to be back soon.

We had a wonderful dinner at Caterina de Medici! The pizza was great - very thin crust and great sauce. My wife's salad was excellent also. The zuppa di pesce was a delight; the fish were all very fresh and tasty and the soup was the perfect compliment. The scallops were outstanding also - just like eating on Cape Cod. Dessert was the tiramisu which was a nice light ending to the meal. The bread and wine were great also; we'll be back for another special dinner soon!

Really good meny choices. Service was exemplary. It's the best CIA Restaurant! (and they are all good!)

Kaylie was such a great tour group lead. Kudos to her and the others who lead the tour--all added such great value to the videos section. Learned so much on the tour--tasting sample to learn about flavors was fun. Enjoyed the history and what's behind CIA. A definite must do if visiting CIA. Visited the Egg (student food area) where we got a few tasty treats.
