    Food was delicious and well prepared. The timing to deliver the order to the table was excellent, and the waiter always checked on us throughout the wait times between meals, which wasn't really an issue, and they made sure we had either bread or salad available while we waited for the main dish. Our server, Evan, was very professional, courteous and skilled, you could tell he has worked in fine-dining for a bit . Definitely coming back and recommend this place to anyone visiting Snowbird.
