Despite the fact that it was so full and service was a little slow because of it, the food was perfect. Very well cooked and very tasty

Dined at Aux Chantignoles a few days ago. What a great experience. The staff was both polite and responsive. My wife has Celiac and they were very accommodating. The food was beyond reproach. My wife's chicken was like butter. Moist and tender with bags of flavour. My fish was cooked to perfection as well. The fish was glistening and so flavourful. All in all, a wonderful meal. Highly recommend!

The food was delicious and came quickly. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere overall. We came as a group of employees who work together. You can bring your own wine, which is nice. The drive to get there was picturesque too.

The food was excellent. Everything we ate was extremely tasty and interesting. The servers were great. If you are tying to choose between the two restaurants at the Chateau Montebello, the Nymark has the more interesting menu for a better price than Aux Chantignoles. My only complaint is that the live music (we were there on a Saturday night) was a bit loud at times. But it wasn’t obnoxiously loud.

Excellent service, great ambiance. Food was good.
