Incredibly good food. Of course, such a you to expect from the culinary institute of America, and they delivered. Highly highly recommended. 

Doesn't look impressive when you step into the restaurant, but we had a good diner and portions were good. Would dine there again.

This is a lovely restaurant in Beacon! One of the best Hudson Valley restaurants that we’ve been to lately. The prices are similar to NYC but well worth it. We all had different dishes and enjoyed them all. I expect we will make this a “go to” place.

Restaurant 1915 is the absolute “best” restaurant in our community. The service was excellent and our server knows her menu. Our table of 8 thoroughly enjoyed the wine, food, and dessert. We had: Roasted Beets (delish) and the first 5 side items, clean plates all around, Roasted Organic Half Chicken (1 diner raved about, a must try), Halibut very well prepared (3 diners chose this), 2 Berkshire Pork Rib Chops, and 1 Veal Porter House 16oz. We also had 2 desserts, Lemon Raspberry Tart and the Crème Brûlée. Everyone was very happy. The wines also were very nice! The room and the views are beautiful. Definitely put Restaurant 1915 on your to-do list when you visit our beautiful Hudson Valley. Thank you all for another great dining experience!!

Great evening the food and staff are just great!! Loved the Caesar salad to the filet and the coffee to finish up a wonderful evening.
