We are incredibly excited to share that the dining experience at the Castle has been transformed into something truly unique, that’s sure to surprise and delight. Overseen by two Michelin star chef Michel Roux Jr and presented by our wonderful head chef, to dine with us is to be transported back to the true essence of Inverlochy Castle, to experience it how guests would have when the Castle was a private home.Dinner will commence at 7pm, where a glass of Champagne or a custom-designed cocktail will be waiting on arrival. The evening begins in the Great Hall, where our chefs will prepare and present a carefully chosen variety of canapes, before you make your way to the warm and comfortable dining rooms to enjoy five dishes artfully devised by our chef. The small, local producers that neighbour us will feature prominently across the menu; some of which are not available anywhere else!
