Max's is consistently good. It's always the go-to place for a nice business lunch or a night out with friends. Great menu, great wine selection, friendly staff, and wonderful ambiance. One of my favorite places to dine.

We had light dinners due t late lunch on travel day Salads were very good. Waitress was patient with two late arrivals.

It was a great experience. We wanted to eat there before they closed their doors for good.

They had run out of prime rib and didnt tell us when we confirmed our reservation or mention that it could run out if that's what we planned to order. They didnt tell us until after we ordered and by then it was too late to go somewhere else that had what we wanted. We dissappointedly ordered the rib eye instead and it was very fatty and burnt too crispy. They also were out of the appetizer we wanted, the ahi tuna. It was a Friday night in summer with a convention in town, I feel like the restaurant should have planned better to not run out of several items. Service was fantastic and cocktails were decent. Food was not great though.

The food was good. Our server was excellent, just overworked. We had an enjoyable evening
