Buffett style, but you wouldn’t have noticed as the food was regularly replenished and kept warm! The make-your-own omelette station, wouldn’t have it any other way! Waffles were soft and sweet! The Prime rib was cooked to perfection, and you had options: rare, medium, or well done portions available for the many palates! Salad & rice pilaf!! I want to go back JK!
