Where to start? Appetizers are incredibly delicious. We started with a shrimp cocktail that was plump and juicy and a perfect starter for our meal. The filet mignon was perhaps one of the best filets I have had recently. The salmon had a buttery texture and melted in your mouth. We wrapped up with some cherry vanilla gelato and vanilla gelato with an Italian coffee and Espresso Martini. The other individuals had Skirt Steak, the Lobster rigatoni special, and tagliatelli bolognese. All were prepared perfectly and were fantastic. If you visit Resorts World, a MUST is a reservation at Cellaio. If not, you are missing out on outstanding service and impeccable entrees. All the best, and we look forward to our next visit. This was our 4th or 5th dining experience at the Lotus. We wanted to try something different, so we ordered the minced meat and egg white soup. It was really delicious - but at $18 a bowl quite expensive. The Pad Thai was plentiful but rather bland. The hot sauce we added helped, but it seemed to be missing some pazazz (maybe needed some soy sauce and/or cilantro). The chicken wings were excellent especially dipped in the duck sauce, but again 6 fried wings for $15 seems a little steep. Overall, a nice dining experience but somewhat lackluster.

Always wonderful to have a meal at the CIA. The students work very hard to create an enjoyable experience. Food and presentation were excellent. I gave only 4 stars because my plate arrived cold. It happens. 😊 Highly recommend eating at any of the campus restaurants! Hope to be back soon.

Food was great, service was even better. Great choice for families. They have the “my kids a picky eater” food selections.

Our Waiter was very nice. Ordered burger’s and fries. I think it was frozen Pattie. Drinks were good and fries.
