Restaurants near Liberty Athletic Complex

This was my first trip to Greenville, SC. I was looking for a restaurant since I would only be there for Saturday night. Well, I did some research, and the Lazy Goat had some positive reviews. So I decided to check it out and I was not disappointed. My next trip will include another visit to the Lazy Goat. If you like Brussels sprouts, these are amongst the "Best" I have ever devoured and devoured them I did!

We could not have asked for anything better. From start to finish, it was a perfect dining experience. Greeted at the entrance with pretty smiling faces who took us to our table. The service was absolutely wonderful . The food came out in a timely manner and was excellent .Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal.Well done Rick Erwin’s.

We go to Soby’s every time we have Peace Center tickets. The dining experience is never a disappointment. It starts with the young but very well trained front desk. We’ve been to other on top of a building restaurants with a reservation only to be told in a most unprofessional manner by a young obviously untrained individual, that it’ll be a 45 minute wait. I say “young” because these people don’t have the seasoning to be professional. It takes training to overcome years of experience. Soby’s does that training. The service staff makes one feel appreciated as a customer. We had server Carrie again this time and was once again pleased. We will continue to make this our go to place. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and there were six of us. My husband, son and I came down from Greenville and met up with my son, daughter, and niece who were Clemson students. We were seated in the loft near the window. It was a nice somewhat quiet setting. Everyone enjoyed their dinner (especially the Clemson students!) and were impressed by the quality of the food. We ordered three desserts and I was a little disappointed that they didn’t do anything special to recognize the birthday we were celebrating. I guess I should have brought my own cake or at least a candle. Our server was great. I would highly recommend and return again.

First time here. Did a couple of small plates, the dumplings and arepas , and then we shared the scallops. Wish there were more scallops! All were delicious. Great waitstaff. Angelica took care of us. Smiling. Helpful , perfect service! Would definitely return.
