Enjoyed Thyme for our anniversary dinner. The view from our table was incredible, overlooking the convergence of two rivers in Easton with two historic train bridges crossing from Pennsylvania to New Jersey. The entree were quite good and for a Tuesday evening the restaurant was quite busy. We have enjoyed Thyme previously and I'd rate this occasion just a bit less than our last visit. Nothing much different, maybe our prior visit was just that good as all things came together; waiter, dinner guests, and food. One recommendation I would make is that in the absence of appetizers being ordered, something else might be provided (bread, other?). Drinks were brought out right away but then there was nothing else until our entrees arrived ~20 minutes later. No hurry, but it would be nice to have something light to enjoy while awaiting the main meal. This is a beautiful location atop a building in Easton overlooking the Delaware River. Definitely worth a visit.

We enjoyed a wonder dinner with exceptional service. I took off one star as apps and mains came out a little too fast.

The ambiance here is fantastic, a must visit when in area. Food was very good. A bit on pricey side, but worth it.

Taphouse Grille - Hackettstown has undergone some changes. We learned there’s new ownership which in turn updated the menu and has invested in improving the dining rooms and bar area…all that’s positive as was our experience. We were greeted very warmly upon arrival and immediately shown our preferred table request through the Open Table App. Our server was excellent. Helpful, professional, observant and attentive. We both enjoyed sharing a Greek salad as a starter and we each enjoyed our entree. Even with some adjustments everything arrived perfectly cooked (I asked for a medium rare burger and it was perfectly cooked). My wife’s pizza was very nicely done and we really enjoyed the experience.
