Restaurants near Laketown Wharf

This restaurant is by far one of my absolute favorite restaurants! Service was incredible. They were catering to all of our dietary needs and allergies. The service was incredible. The food was the best I’ve ever had! Wish that we lived closer!

The Grand Marlin went above and beyond for my wife and I for our 24th anniversary dinner. When I made the reservation, I asked for a window table for a water view if possible. They were pretty busy when we arrived so I assumed that request would not be honored but it was. Then, we were handed personalized menus that said Happy Anniversary to us. The waitress was very attentive and excellent and the food was fabulous. The dinner was capped off with a dessert brownie with ice cream compliments of The Grand Marlin and again, Happy Anniversary was written on the plate with chocolate. They made us feel special. I appreciate their efforts and would give them 6 stars for our evening if I could. Thank you for making our night extraordinary.

All of the food was delicious, from the lobster bisque, sushi rolls and prime rib to the steak!

Didn’t realize it was the hotel lobby. If i had been in search of a bar with a view then it would have been spot on. Wish they would separate the bar and restaurant more. Beautiful view some table had cloth some didn’t . Could have been a bit more upscale. Water on table served in plastic cup. Beer and wine came with a glass so it got better. The meal was very good. Wife had cedar plank salmon, it was delicious. Son had cornbread stuffed chicken it was very good as well. All was seasoned well and served well. The pictures just gave me an impression of a quiet dinner with a beautiful view. Not so much

Good carne asada, served either on a sizzling fajitas platter and served on a regular plate. The only difference besides the sizzling platter seemed to be the peppers served with it. The corn tortillas were excellent. Only complaint is that everything costs extra, including chips and salsa, which are less than mediocre anyway. Chips have no salt and the salsa is not good, so I would not get these again.
