Tavi is an Israeli restaurant serving made-to-order pita from a wood-fired oven, elaborately finished hummus plates, and small and large plates drawing from the same modern Israeli inspiration as its sister restaurant, Shaya. The name Tavi is inspired by the Hebrew word meaning “good or beloved” and that’s what Tavi aims to deliver to the Covington community.     Always a great dining experience. The Surf N Turfs were amazing and both our lobsters and filet mignons were so delicious and filets cooked perfectly. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive.

    We had an excellent server and delicious food that made our visit to the Dakota remarkable. We also enjoyed the Tyler Street cocktails. Very refreshing and tasty!

    Excellent sushi!! The place was packed and I’m not surprised. We had the fried Gyoza app, which was delicious. The miso soup was hot and also delicious. My wife had the Gyoza soup, a very hefty portion enough for two people and also just delicious. I had the RYU roll and a nigiri flight and I let the sushi chef pick the fish. Again, delicious. If you’re going on a Friday or Saturday make reservations.

    Located in a small historic house. Very eclectic, British and fun. Sat on the sunporch and enjoyed the Prince William Tea with way too much food! It was lovely. My server was very cheerful and gracious. Love coming to this tearoom.
