The interior setting of The Restaurant at Alderbrook takes its inspiration from the outdoors with warm colors of chocolate brown and sage green representing the gardens and lawn of the resort. Floor-to-ceiling windows and multi-levels amplify views of the brilliant shore and snow-capped peaks of the Olympic Mountains. Hood Canale' brings fine wine, local, craft beer and Napolitano-style wood-fired pizza to the lovely hamlet of Union. Come enjoy our award-winning pizza, charcuterie platters and many creative apps and desserts in the Grotto Bar, under the tent in the garden or waterfront. The meat-lovers Gondolier's Brother to Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp pizza and many in between can be paired with one of 800 bottles of red, white or bubbles from around the world. We are 21 and over and although we love pets, we do not allow them in the restaurant. Reservations are for 90 minutes, with the exception of live music nights where you may reserve a table at 6:30 or later and stay through the band's entire performance. Live music Friday and Saturday is from 7-9 and other special events and nights will be added throughout the year. Come see us soon!
