Restaurants near Lady Pepperell House Museum

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. They acknowledged our anniversary when we arrived and brought us to a lovely booth in the corner. I had pasta carbonara which was outstanding and my husband had filet mignon and it was perfectly done and seasoned. We had a fresh salad with beets and a delicious buttermilk dressing. The wine list is extensive and after dinner, they brought us complimentary lemon cello and paper thin chocolates. I wish I had room for dessert. Outstanding from start to finish! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful dinner, wonderful night, we will be back in the near future

We absolutely enjoyed our Anniversary Dinner with our friends Elise and Mike. The staff presented us with a hand- written Happy Anniversary note along with an adorable vase holding such pretty garden flowers. Two of us ordered the duck breast which was exceptionally delicious with an outstanding blueberry sauce. One member ordered the swordfish entree and the other diner had the flounder special. Both seafood dishes were excellent. We also shared the charcuterie board and enjoyed every morsel. The Willamette Valley Pinot Noir was just wonderful as was the tawny port at the end of the meal. The Pavlova dessert was the perfect ending to a perfect meal. We were all members of the "Clean your Plate Club" when we left this charming restaurant.

This was our second visit to Row 34 and definitely will not be our last. From the time we enter the restaurant we are greeted with a smile and helpful host/hostess that is determined to make sure our evening starts off well. Our server, Lily, was amazing! She offered advice on selections for drinks, raw bar, and dinner. She was spot on every time. The portions are size appropriate but we still had leftovers that were boxed separately and labeled with a date. Row 34 has become our must go to in Portsmouth.
