Restaurants near La Vista

The restaurant is beautiful. The location is convenient to our home. Our delicious sides included creamed spinach, truffle fries, scalloped potatoes, asparagus and iceberg wedge salad. The salsas are nice. The NY steak was very good as was the barbacoa tacos. The fish was ok. As the artichoke is not steamed before grilling it was mostly inedible. The meat in the wagyu tacos was not tender nor flavorful. We could not avoid the loud dance music inside nor out; strange, as it is not a discotec. The very kind and friendly staff are in need of training, same as always on all 4 of our visits to Prime. Our party of 5 was served the cheesy bread plate for 4. We asked for water 5 times before receiving it. Salt was not automatically provided. Two people’s separate orders of waygu taco were served on one plate to one diner. We were not offered complimentary ice cream course. After asking for 2 checks, we were given 1 (the payment gentlemen kindly fixed that). This restaurant could be excellent with minor changes, mostly around training.

Everyone did an outstanding job of taking care of us. From the drinks to celebrating KEITH’s birthday. The food, the wine, David, our waiter, and the other staff were excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful night. Oh, and I forgot the view which was spectacular. 🥰
